  • Sunday, October 22: 7th Annual KRCS County Fair (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and Preview Day (2:30 PM - 4:30 PM). This year’s festivities include some new rides, games, food trucks, a bake sale, and chances to win fabulous prizes including themed raffle baskets, silent auction items, and a $5,000 grand prize raffle! Bring your family and friends to browse the Lower School Fine Art Showcase, eat some delicious food, shop from local vendors and more! Admission is free to all!

  • Wednesday, October 25: Join the KRCS Parent Club at DQ to enjoy a cool treat while raising money for King’s Ridge! DQ will donate 20% of ALL net sales from ALL day back to the school, so be sure to tell your friends, family, and neighbors! DQ is located at 5615 Commerce Blvd. in Alpharetta (in front of Walmart).
  • Thursday, November 2: The KRCS Fine Arts Association is pleased to host their annual Heart for the Arts fundraiser at Roswell Cottage from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM featuring HOME BY DARK. Entertainment for the evening will include two-time Grammy nominee and twelve-time Dove Award winner, Cindy Morgan. Come out and support the Fine Arts Association by taking part in the silent auction and teacher gifting tree. Click here to purchase individual tickets and/or tables for the event.
  • Friday, November 3: Save the Date for the Final Home Football Game of 2017! The last home game of the season will be an epic celebration, so make sure to mark your calendars now! The evening will begin with the Annual Chili Cook Off in the Gold Lot. Prizes awarded to the top three winners. Details to sign up coming soon. Chili dinner is from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM, and if you would like to be a judge of the Chili Contest, you’ll receive a keepsake KR chili bowl. Purchase dinner tickets here via KRCSAA Marketplace. After dinner, move on over to the field for SENIOR NIGHT festivities prior to the game.
  • Sunday, November 5: John Smoltz & Friends - A Leadership Event from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM at the Atlanta Athletic Club. Join us for a special evening with a Hall of Fame cast at the Atlanta Athletic Club. Former Atlanta Braves’ stars John Smoltz, Tom Glavine, Greg Maddux, and Bobby Cox will be joined by the highly respected broadcaster, Ernie Johnson, as they discuss the leadership principles that we strive to teach, model and develop in our students.   • Sunday, December 17: Join the KRCS Parent Club and other King’s Ridge families at Aurora Cineplex at 4:25 PM for a private movie screening of the new Star Wars: The Last Jedi (PG-13) for King’s Ridge! Tickets through the KRCSPC Marketplace will be available soon!

All School News - Admission

  • Admission Season is Underway for Fall 2018 Enrollment. KRCS community members receive priority access to the enrollment process over the next several weeks.
    • Pre-K - Children who are 4 years old by September 1, 2018, are eligible to enroll in a full-day or half-day Pre-K program. Registration for Pre-K is on a first-come, first-served basis. Current KRCS community members may complete the process before Preview Day, October 22, when registration opens to the public.
    • KRCS community members applying their child for grades K-12 for Fall 2018 enrollment will receive priority scheduling for assessment dates. Kindergarten applications are to be submitted by November 10, Grade 1-12 applications are to be submitted by January 12. Deadline for all applications is February 9 for a first-round decision. Checklists, deadlines and link to online application.

  • Friday, October 20 - Friday, October 27: Book Fair at the Lower School. To celebrate the kick off of the Book Fair, Friday, October 20, will be a Camo/Camper themed dress down day. The Book Fair week will conclude with the Book Parade on Friday, October 27 at 2:00 PM followed by the Happy Camper Ice Cream Social from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. See you there!
